MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The mentorship program provided by the Fire Family Ladder Program hopes to bring the children who have been unfortunately disconnected from the fire department family a new connection. It is our vision to provide monthly opportunities for the mentors to meet and reengage with their Fire Family Ladder story. Mentees will be matched with a mentor who reflects their interests and will complement their experience. Participants will reconnect with fire department history facts, festive activities, and mindful conversations. These monthly interactions can be virtual, in-person, and hopefully at fire stations! It is our goal for these partnerships to inspire the mentees to maintain a life-long relationship with the fire family.
